2. There is a knocking sound inside the machine, and the fasteners of the lining board are loose. After stopping, clean the crushing cavity to check the fastening of the lining board and replace the broken parts in the gap between the hammer and the lining board.
3. The bearing temperature is too high. Too much or insufficient grease; the grease is dirty; the bearing is damaged. Check whether the amount of grease is appropriate; replace the grease after cleaning the bearing; replace the bearing.
4. The output of the impact crusher is too large. The solution: adjust the gap between the front and rear impact frames or replace the liner and the hammer; adjust the position of the impact frame.
If you have the above problems during the actual operation of the impact crusher, you should stop the machine for inspection in time, and do not let the consequences become more serious before thinking about solving them, which may cause you more trouble , and even burn your impact crusher.
