Rotary kiln dryer is mainly used in mineral processing, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry and other departments to dry materials with certain humidity or particle size. Shuguang series dryer has strong adaptability to materials, can dry various materials, and the operation of the equipment is simple and reliable, so it is widely used.

Structure and working principle

The rotary kiln dryer is composed of heating device, feeding device, tugboat device, drying kiln body, transmission device, drag blocking device, discharging device, cyclone separator, induced draft fan, etc.

The heat source of the dryer comes from the heating device, and the dryer adopts the forward flow heating mode. Therefore, the materials that need to be dried slip into the cylinder body from the feed box and feed, that is, pushed back by the screw plate. Due to the tilt of the dryer, on the one hand, the material flows to the back end under the action of gravity and rotation, on the other hand, the material is repeatedly picked up by the plate, carried to the upper end, and then continuously spread down, so that the material forms a uniform curtain in the cylinder, and fully exchanges heat with the hot gas flow in the cylinder. Due to the repeated spreading of the material, the moisture contained in the material is gradually dried, so as to achieve the purpose of drying.

Performance characteristics

1. The dryer design is more systematic and scientific in terms of structure. It adopts a new type of material lifting plate device with multiple functions such as guiding, current sharing, material lifting, etc., which can make the material uniformly distributed in the radial section of the dryer. The material curtain becomes thin, uniform and complete, fully contacting the hot air flow, further increasing the contact area between the material and the hot air, and achieving the purpose of making full use of heat energy.

2. Using reasonable operating parameters, the coal consumption and electricity consumption are generally reduced by more than 10-15%, and the output per unit is increased by more than 10-15%. It has been widely used in cement and mineral processing enterprises.

3. Adopting the automatic operation mode and the newly researched high-temperature and over-speed drying process, the utilization rate of hot air is improved, and after the used hot air is sent from the tail end to the head end, it can continue to be recycled. The heat utilization rate is high. The heat loss is small and the drying cost is also reduced.

4. In the face of low-carbon and green environmental protection requirements, the lignite dryer adopts a multi-layer sedimentation design structure to reduce the loss rate of organic elements in the lignite and has better quality. There is basically no noise and dust pollution in the drying process.

Installation precautions

When installing the dryer equipment, it is necessary to check the place to be installed and the spare equipment to be installed, so that there will be no other problems in the installation, and there will be no inconvenience in the future maintenance due to the mistakes in the initial installation in the future. The installation mainly inspects the pouring quality and dimensional position deviation of the foundation concrete: in appearance, the foundation surface is required to be clean, free of oil, dust and sundries, no exposed reinforcement, no cracks and corners, no residual shell board in the expected hole, and other casting defects.

For the foundation size and position deviation, the following requirements should be met: the overall dimension and the foundation coordinate position, the vertical and horizontal axis error is less than 20 mm, the elevation error of different planes is less than 20 mm, only negative is allowed, positive is not allowed at the discharge end; the non flatness of upper plane is less than 5 mm / m, The total length of the equipment is less than 10 mm. Check the parts, components, standard parts, random documents, etc. according to the packing list of the equipment, check whether there are wrong or missing parts, deformation and damage, and make records, so as to purchase or prepare before installation.

Remove the protective coating, dust, oil, rust, etc. during packaging, and check the damage and deformation caused by repair during transportation and loading and unloading. Carry out pre inspection and pre assembly of parts and key matching parts to avoid rework during installation and ensure installation progress and quality.
