1. Working conditions

Quartzite and quartz sandstone are used to make sandstone materials, and then the concrete is prepared. The content of SIO in these two sand and gravel materials is 75% to 90%, the Mohs hardness is above 7, and the compressive strength is 200-300MPa.The technical parameters of the introduced crusher are: rotor diameter 1000×width 1000mm, speed 740r/min, power 160kw,maximum feed size 150mm, crushing capacity 120t/h.The vulnerable parts brought randomly in the equipment have been assessed on site and have a service life of 110-125h.Another working condition characteristic of vulnerable parts in operation is: the high-speed running impact hammer repeatedly collides with high-hardness quartzite, and the working surface temperature of the impact hammer is as high as 500-600℃.Therefore, anti-wear materials must have sufficient toughness and hardness at higher temperatures.

2. Wear mechanism

The wear of the vulnerable parts such as the impact hammer and the impact plate in the impact crusher is chisel abrasive wear. This kind of wear is groove wear with strong surface strain and mechanical strain. The groove is formed because the abrasive cuts into the metal substrate at a certain speed under the action of external force, and after a period of slippage, it separates from the metal substrate, and then on the substrate There are grooves left.The formation of the groove depends on the magnitude of the local stress and the relative value of the hardness of the metal surface and the abrasive.Under the same stress, the greater the abrasive hardness, the easier it is to produce grooves. Due to the high hardness of sandstone,the grooves produced on the metal matrix tend to occupy a major position in the wear.

3. Material selection

We analyzed and tested the metallographic structure, mechanical properties and chemical composition of the remains of imported voestalpine products.The results show that the material used in the imported parts is a high-alloy anti-wear material, and its metallographic structure is martensite plus bar-shaped primary carbide plus secondary carbide, and the hardness is HRC62-64.We have conducted extensive investigations and physical analysis on the use of commonly used anti-wear materials at home and abroad. On this basis, we have conducted a large number of material tests according to the working principle of the impact crusher and domestic resources, and selected CYK high chromium alloy cast iron come for trial production.
